Overall, the snake river was pretty fun.
We headed into the downtown of jacksonhole to stop by and have a beer at the cowboy bar.

Entered the south entrance and could not believe how beautiful it was.
Stopped a couple of times to see some bison and an american white pelican.
Again we stopped to see some mud volcanoe stuff that reeked of sulphur.
We finally got to our campground about 2 hours later to be warned about the serious threat of bears.

June 28 while sleeping, charlie and i were awakened by some noise that sounded like a prehistoric raptor.
We decided to ride our bikes from canyon campground to go see the upper and lower falls.
Lower falls was unbelievable.
It was better than hd.
On the way back we rode next to a huge bull moose and it stared me down.
The ride back was predominantly up hill and difficult, but we made it and then did a workout next to the campsite.
We ate lunch and headed to old faithful.
We saw the geyser, snapped some pics, and headed out of there.
The crowd was huge.
We rushed down to try and catch the lone star geyser, but missed it by about 30 minutes.
Headed back to camp and cook some dinner and tell ghost stories.
Notes if you are visiting yellowstone bring plenty of firewood, beer, and water.

Started in wyoming, somehow drove through some of montana, then idaho, and on down to nevada we made a short stop to check out mesa falls somewhere in idaho we are going to california to check out the coast.
