This should be done through widest participation of parties and forces and be built upon what the gri had put together, he pointed out.
He said that the main challenges facing gri and those concerned with the conditions and destinies of humanity were mainly twofold.
Much of the disorder we observe in the world today is due to mismanagement and buildup of obstacles facing action within the systems and organisations rather than any other factor.
Hh the emir called for a global design that creates opportunities and achieves justice for all.
He expressed the belief that there was no alternative to the idea of the global market.
The key issue was respect for the laws of the market and giving them a place above the interests of powers and ambitions of individuals.
